1. Services
Professional Carpet Cleaners Ltd (trading as Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners) provides carpet, upholstery and hard floor cleaning services across Yorkshire. Services are performed as agreed at the time of quoting.
2. Quotes and pricing
All quotes are free and non-binding until accepted. Prices are agreed before any work begins. We do not commence work without your explicit approval of the quoted price.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless a payment schedule has been agreed in advance for larger commercial projects. We accept bank transfer and cash.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible — ideally 48 hours. We understand circumstances change and will accommodate where we can.
5. Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the result, let us know within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
6. Liability
We are fully insured for public liability. We take every reasonable precaution to avoid damage to your property or furnishings. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, report it to us immediately and we will address it promptly.

8. Governing law
